1. Scope and controller

This Cookie Policy explains how mindgevity.fr uses cookies and similar technologies.

This Policy supplements the Mindgevity Privacy Policy.

2. Technologies used

Mindgevity currently uses:

  • Wix technologies that are strictly necessary for the operation, security and functionality of the website; and

  • TWIPLA in Maximum Privacy / Privacy Level 4 for aggregated audience statistics.

Mindgevity does not currently use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. Strictly necessary Wix technologies

Wix may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to:

  • secure the website and prevent fraud or attacks;

  • maintain sessions and authenticate users;

  • operate accounts, the shopping cart and checkout;

  • protect website interfaces; and

  • ensure core website functionality and technical stability.

These technologies are used without consent because they are necessary to provide the website or a feature requested by the user.

Depending on their purpose, they are retained for the browsing session or for up to 12 months.

Blocking them may prevent certain website functions from operating correctly.

4. TWIPLA audience measurement

Mindgevity uses TWIPLA, provided by Visitor Analytics GmbH, to measure website use and technical performance.

TWIPLA is configured exclusively in Maximum Privacy / Privacy Level 4. In this configuration, it does not place analytics cookies or use persistent visitor identifiers or fingerprinting.

TWIPLA may transiently process technical request information, such as page loads, approximate location and device or screen information, to produce aggregated statistics.

Mindgevity does not combine these statistics with orders, accounts, questionnaire answers, health-related information or personalised Guides. TWIPLA is not used for advertising, profiling or tracking users across websites.

Legal basis: Mindgevity’s legitimate interests in measuring and improving website performance.

Aggregated audience statistics are retained for no longer than 25 months.

5. Consent and browser settings

Under the current configuration, Mindgevity does not use technologies requiring prior cookie consent and therefore does not display a cookie-consent banner.

If Mindgevity introduces a technology requiring prior consent, it will not be activated before the user has made a choice through an appropriate consent mechanism.

You may delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect account access, checkout, security or other website functions.

6. Updates

Mindgevity may update this Policy if the website, its service providers or applicable legal requirements change.

The current version and effective date will be published on the website.
